3. What modes of payment can I use?

All transactions are made via a secure payment system regulated by PAYPAL and Visa. We accept credit card payments by Visa and MasterCard only. If you are ordering from Canada, you can pay by credit card, cheque (expect a seven day delay if the cheque is not certified) or money order. If you are ordering from the U.S.A. you may pay by credit card, cheque (delay applies to you as well), or money order. All international purchases may only be paid by credit card or money order.

4. Do we ship internationally?

Yes, however the delivery rates vary outside of Canada. We do not charge duty taxes. Duty taxes may be charged for an international delivery.

5. When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2 to 3 days for canadian delivery and 10 to 15 days for international delivery, unless you ordered by mail and made a payment by check. Please read the "ordering by mail" page for more details in such a case.

6. What is our return policy?

If a product is defective, you have up to 30 days after the date of purchase to return the product. Returns for defective merchandise may be sent to the following address:

You must assume the cost of delivery and the risks of returning a product. We will, however, accept returns if ducksandgifts.com did not ship you the item ordered or you were sent an item which was in a defective state when received. Under those circumstances alone will ducksandgifts.com assume the cost of delivery and the risks involved, so long as the product returned is sent by a carrier company which guarantees coverage against loss or damage.

Should an item be defective, it will be replaced by an identical item or a credit note of equal value.

Upon receiving the returned item, all charges will be debited to your credit card account in favour of ducksandgifts.com according to the cost of the item purchased prior to shipment. Delivery charges will not be credited. This will be done as soon as possible upon the condition that the product returned is done so by you and received by ducksandgifts.com in the exact condition in which it was sent to you.

Ducksandgifts.com applies relevant provincial taxes, depending on which province the order is being sent. Any order sent to the United States of America or another international destination is free of tax.

8. Are transactions on this site secured?

Encryption is a technique which renders transactions secure in a public payment system. By sealing access to information, encryption allows access to the destined recipients only. 9. Why must I open an account?

If this is your first visit to the site and you wish to make an order, you must first open an account and provide your address, e-mail and other relevant information to allow us to deliver your order and your bill. 10. How will I recognize the transaction on my credit card bill?

On your credit card bill, the merchant’s name will be Nucleo Communication Inc., which is the official/legal name of the company.
